Katherine has over 30 years' experience in nurturing businesses from inception to thriving enterprises today. Her expertise includes financial restructuring, identifying and arranging the most appropriate source of funding, performing key advisory role between banks and clients throughout the life of the financial transactions.

In managing client's business expansion, Katherine seeks, introduces and interfaces with suitable joint venture partners, tax advisors and/or specialists in the relevant industries and countries. In her role as trusted partner, Katherine looks to grow and preserve the wealth created from the client's business. Another important role is to recommend exit strategies for clients through initial public offers, takeovers; buyouts or mergers and acquisitions. As a result, she has extensive network throughout the retail, investment banking and wealth management community.

Prior to establishing ABP, Katherine was a Senior Partner and served on the Management Committee of an international practice for over 13 years.

Katherine is a fellow of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a member of CPA Australia. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Melbourne University of Australia.
